Flexercise: In this class the physio-balls are used to help improve balance and postural alignment.  It incorporates 20 minutes each of Cardio-vascular work, strength training, and flexibility for a well-rounded workout.

Yoga: Is an ancient art that offers a sense of vitality and well being while increasing strength, grace and flexibility.  Whatever your age or fitness level, you will learn techniques that will help you lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Pilates: is a program that strengthens the muscles that support the spine and brings balance to the body. Decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out. Your abdominal muscles will say Thank you!

Yoga Stretch:  YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibililty, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental carity.

Cardio Kick-box: If you are looking for a high intensity aerobic class, this is the one for you. You will learn a combination of kickboxing, step routines, and high-energy floor aerobic exercises.  Be ready to sweat.

Body Sculpting: This class starts with a light aerobic workout and then progresses into a full body-strengthening program using the weighted body bars and dumbbells.

SilverSneakers® I & II: Muscular Strength & Range of Motion and Cardio Circuit are the two types of classes offered here.  Both classes combine fun, flexibility, strengthening and cardiovascular exercise through the use of hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls.  A chair is used for seated or standing support and also for stretching and relaxation exercises.

Dancing with Diane :  A variety of dance combinations are taught in this high energy, low-impact class.  So if you want to learn the Mambo, Merengue, Cha-Cha, and some funky moves, join us.  It's sure to get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.

Total Body Workout: Just the basics here in this class, some cardio, sit-ups, push ups, and general strength and conditioning. This class finishes with general overall stetches for a total body workout.

Step Aerobics:  Here you will learn the basics to mastering a step aerobic class. It is a great Cardio workout and lots of fun. So if you're up for a good sweat, give it a try.

Intro to Step: In this class you will learn the basics to any step aerobics class.  This will give you a great workout and get you ready for the next "step".

Spinning:  You asked for it, and now we have it.  Jack, Janelle, and Beth will take you on a high energy journey in an amazing cardiovascular workout.  Members need to sign-up for this popular, new class.  There is an additional $2 charge for this class.
