part of a comprehensive exercise program, the M.O.G.
has a complete selection of equipment that will exercise
your heart and cardiovascular system. From treadmills to
stationary bikes, ellipticals to “spinner”
bikes, the cardio area will give you the aerobic workout
you’re looking for.
Another option available to members with limited time is circuit
training. The beauty of circuit training is to combine both
an aerobic workout with a resistance, strength training
program. The M.O.G. staff has designed
a 10 station circuit that will work all the major muscles
groups and do it in such a way that it will also exercise
your cardiovascular system. All of this can be done in 30-40
minutes. A great option for a lunchtime workout or when
time is tight.
