The M.O.G. Approach

Our program is based on the fundamental belief that:

- The golf swing is not a natural movement.

- Each golfer generates control and force differently.

- Almost all golf swings have their roots in physical limitations.

Why Golf Fitness:

Golf is no longer considered to be a "leisure sport". After years of focusing primarily on "swing technique", the pros have found that the true key to a great game depends upon the development of three fitness components:

- Flexibility

Will Any Fitness Routine Work?:

Unfortunately no. Since general fitness regimes shorten muscles in the process of strengthening them, the swing is ultimately hindered. A lack of focus on flexibility and core training will limit your range of motion and balance.

Personalized Programs:

Your program will begin with an indepth evaluation by an exercise physiologist. Objective data will allow the trainer to develop a program that is specific to what your current condition is and what your desired measurable outcome will be. Specific training will also be based upon:
