
We offer Personal Training for that extra edge in your training program. Personal Training sessions consist of a full hour of one-on-one training and a personalized workout program designed to achieve your goals.
Personal
Trainers at the M.O.G. have specific education
and backgrounds in designing training programs for individuals.
They are experts in their field. Personal trainers will
help you set goals and achieve those fitness goals , step
by step. Their mission is to enhance your exercise experience
and improve your quality of life.
Your
Personal Trainer can provide you with knowledge, guidance,
support, skill and the motivation necessary to lose weight,
increase muscle mass, gain strength and flexibility. All
of this while adding healthy years to your life.
There
are many personal training options at the M.O.G.
Introductory sessions are designed to acquaint you with
a Personal Trainer of your choice and to assist you in understanding
the benefits of a Personal Trainer. Training sessions are
scheduled at the convenience of the member and their trainer.

TEAM TRAINING:
In addition to the Personal Training included in your membership, we now offer Team Training. This program is an affordable fun way to give you that extra edge in your training. Find a partner or group or we will help you join up with someone. The trainer will be doing the workout along with you too.
